SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order will be sent on the next business day once payment is received. We allow 24 hours in case you need to cancel your order. Orders can not be canceled after 24 hours. If you order over the weekend, we'll ship the order on Monday morning. If there is a delay for any reason, we'll let you know.
All orders will be sent by NZ Post standard shipping. If you require it more urgently want it tracked or signed for, please get in touch via the contact page and we will do our best to make it happen.
Shipping times are approximately 1-5 working days to New Zealand and 3-10 working days to Australia and worldwide.
We offer a flat rate shipping of $5 NZ / $10 Australia.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. In some countries there may be delays due to customs, which we can not be responsible for.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (with tags still on the item, if applicable).
We'll process your return or exchange within 3 working days of receiving your return.
If you are being refunded for damaged items that we're not able to replace for you, we'll apply the refund to your original method of payment.
